Анотація

Проаналізовано проблеми трансформації відносин і взаємин медичної та літературної інтелігенції в часи Української революції 1917–1921 рр., громадянської війни та інтервенції з різними, зокрема й радянською, владами в Україні. Основну увагу приділено процесам еволюції відносин старої інтелігенції з радянською владою, яка перемогла й закріпилася в Україні. Показано, що переважна більшість медичної й літературної інтелігенції після марних спроб відвертої чи прихованої боротьби проти радянської влади поступово вимушено обрала нейтральну позицію, а потім — і недобровільну професійну співпрацю з радянською владою.
