Організація взаємодопомоги сільською (земельною) громадою в українському радянському селі за звичаєвим правом (1922–1930 рр.)

Розглянуто та проаналізовано діяльність сільських (земельних) громад щодо організації взаємодопомоги в українському радянському селі в 1922–1930 рр. Підкреслено, що сільська (земельна) громада — це природно створене або історично розвинене місцеве сусідське соціально-економічне, політичне, ідеологічне, побутове об’єднання селян та їх дворів; це соціальна організація селянських дворів, що поєднує систему сусідських і родинних зв’язків, відносин, традицій. Здійснено аналіз використання норм звичаєвого права у справі організації селянської взаємодопомоги. Акцентовано, що традиція селянського самоврядування — сільська (земельна) громада може вважатися елементом нематеріальної культурної спадщини.
