Культурологічне підґрунтя медіації в умовах глобалізації: історіографічний аспект

Аналізується література, у якій йдеться про культурологічні аспекти медіації в умовах глобалізації. Показано, що історіографія культурологічної медіації надзвичайно слабо представлена роботами вчених пострадянського простору. Щоправда вона значно повніше розкривається в галузі судочинства та правознавства. З іншого боку, проблема культурологічної функції медіації в умовах глобалізації значно активніше і набагато раніше досліджується вченими західних країн, США тощо. Водночас доведено, що в історіографії проблем культурологічної медіації в умовах глобалізації, як правило, недооцінюється аналіз умов глобалізації, які кардинально впливають на означені проблеми та їх вирішення.
